Maybe this has some good idea somewhere, but right now it's shit. He's (i assume it's a male because i have to assume something) so lazy he reuse frames of the show. In other context, it might be nice, but here you see an inconsistency in the drawing styles and image quality. All of that is mixed with something that was meant to be english. If english is a foreign language, just stick with you mother tongue, someone else will translate it. If english is your mother tongue, well then, you clearly need to go back to school. And i'm quite sure finnick wouldn't call nick "nick wilde" in his thougts.
