Wow this is kinda messy to make sense so let's try to break it down. Certain things were kinda inconsistent plot wise.Really like the art style but can't fap to this mess.

Older Sister - Mai

Vol 1 started when mato is 17 in senior high which is inconsistent because 2 years ago he was cheated when both of them were still dressed in senior high uniform. Going by that when the cheating happned 2 years ago they should have been in middle school but the way they were potrayed showed otherwise.

Rather than going by age as written i think it is easeir to figure out based on how they were dressed at what time events happened.

In Vol1 Mato was seen to be proactive in making out with Ayana when she was kinda reluctant initially, yet when they reached to the point to having actual sex he came out with the sex after mariage thing. So the poor girl is getting mixed messages from her boyfriend. Still as per hentai logic, if your guy does not want to have sex with you when you asked for it, maybe you need to be better at sex first blablabla

Vol 3.5 and Vol 3.8 happened before Vol 1
Most likely they got it wrong about japanese education about the age kids enter middle school (junior high) and senior high because at age 16 Mai should actually be a second year senior high. Mato and Mai is of the same age because they were both "3rd year" in junior high during vol 3.5

Mai's secret was exposed when Mai and Mato was in middle school. Mato decided to help out Mai so that she would owe him a favor in future.

Ayana and Mato are a couple in high school. Ayana decided to gain experience in sex so that she can be good in sex by the time she has her first sex with Mato. Horrified when he caught her cheating, Mato dumps Ayana.

Now the part about Mato looking to hook up with compensated dating is kinda confusing, it wasn't made very obvious who is the girl that he slept with whether it was Ayana or Mai but, the way the hair was done looks more like Mai but his reaction at the end implies that it is Ayana. He actually was on the lookout for that particular girl, so he most likely know who was the girl with the facemask before unmasking.

Vol.2 is the start of revenge. I think he finally snapped at the end of Vol.1 so he decided to use whatever resources he has for his revenge, His idea of revenge is to appear to help Ayana first and giving her affection then betray her by letting her to be fucked by those dudes and then openly showing his affection to Mai while denying it to Ayana which end up effectively breaking Ayana.

Honestly both Ayana and Mai are kinda pathetic. Father figure out of their life since young and a messed up mother raising them. Then the shit that happened to them in school makes it worse. Ayana's twisted view about sex is most likely influnced by her upbringing leading this big giant mess.
