It's a rare fanbook distributed by taking part in some sorts of questionnaire when the game first came out, so it's basically a limited edition, out of print. Someone was kind enough to share it with us on a forum. So only photos are available. It's too expensive to scan, according to the owner.

Recently ClockUp published another newer version of Euphoria Fanbook(2023)(if you want it for lore content, quick reminder: this part is basically the same as 2011 version), which I have purchased, but cannot risk scanning in my region. If someone has the ability and want to scan it, please DM me, or you can just buy another one and scan it which is more secure anyway.
