I had no idea what this was and looking it up the artist released today a remake/remaster with a japanese translated version for sale on DLSite and FANZA too, apparently the new version has some added content on top of the redraws. The original was released in April 2023 on Patreon.

honestly this is kinda depressing. as awesome as it is, it's kinda exhausting seeing her get torn down by patriarchy and pushed into this role in society. like yeah she became a super-sexy girl and hooked up with her childhood friend, but she also got pushed into sex work and treated as nothing more than a sex-symbol on her favorite tv show

As you said, even with all the sexy body and art and the fun plot, the fact that he remember being a boy turned this into a pretty depressing story if you see it as a depiction of trans life. Because that's basically that : someone who KNOWS they are not in the correct body and everyone else just forcing them to go with it. In some stories where it's oriented into gender bend and corruption, you often have a character that ended up in a body they don't want to leave anymore or that they wished for without realizing it... here, for now, it's over and over a character that is sad about their life.
I guess, as often, sex will "gender bend their mind".

Yeah, see, I always liked the early page featuring the a future ideal version of what the character will look like as a sexy woman. But then the actual story is just nonstop misery, which is just a boner killer.

It occured to me today it might be even more bleak than that. We know the nanites can adjust reality (as demonstrated by her bedroom) and people's memories (as demonstrated by her mother) but don't appear to have any self updating ability from their original program (not responding to her hatred of being a girl) which raises the unpleasant possibility they aren't trying to force her into the role of ranger pink. They're trying to force her into the role of ranger pink as seen by society on the night they were programmed and are still active.

To use a more extreme example to illustrate you wake up tommorow being tested for the role of 1950's American housewife. If you wear trousers out in public you'll be viewed as a lewd and wantom woman even if your standing next to another woman in shorts and a bikini top because she's judged by modern standards and you aren't. If you go for a job they might turn you down for being a woman and everyone will agree YOU should be at home raising a family even if its a woman who rejects your application. Maybe your best/only male friend gets adjusted a little to provide a strong dominant man for you to put first.

We know the nanites are still active and trying to adjust things to match the "ideal form" its just that form might be one from ten or more years ago. Which is why she just happens to run into an agent hiring her as a gravure idol, why her best friend grows up so big, strong and gets cast as ranger red, why she's the only one to not get a cool action scene. It's because she's being forced into the role of ranger pink from when she was seven years old regardless of how the world changes around her.

As bad as knowing you should be the opposite sex (because you have years of memories and went to bed that way) it would be worse to have an emotionless force rewriting the world around you to force you into that role from one specific time period so you can't even escape it. Try to quit and something will push you back into playing that part.
