[TACO] TACO Jikiden! Arayuru Nayami wo Kaikaetsu Suru Chara Sakuga no Kotsu 160 [TACO] Direct from TACO! 160 Character Drawing Tips to Solve Your Worries
p5sona's downvoted but he's not entirely wrong. the thing is that this is very stylized so it's not a great anatomy guide, so much as it's one particular approach to drawing. if you want to learn anatomy, TACO isn't great, but if you're already familiar with it and ready to learn stylization, this is a fun jumping off point

Midicity is right, remember, this is for those who already are aware of everything then Taco can help you get up to speed.
Personally i like the breakdown version of what Taco offers to anatomy; simple easy, and quick to draw from imagination. Highly recommended, but "IF" you wanna get a deep study, i recommend:
Anatomy for Sculptors, Understanding the Human Figure Book by Sandis Kondrats and Uldis Zarin
This will help you in leaning structures "IF" you wanna see how the body moves, and combined with Taco's approach then you are getting better faster. Use both to help.
P.s read all those 738 pages, worth it, learned a lot.
