Even though Mikage grew the dick in a dream (so she isnt a real futa/shemale), that dick-growing dream is the main theme of this doujin, so maybe it counts as both "futanarization" and "dickgirl on female" tags. I also think there could be a "shemale" tag since we cannot comfirm if Mikage had a pussy in the dream. (Shemale doesnt have vagina.)
Not sure if "Yuri" and "females only" tags should be keeped, because "futanarization" was only a dream

This tagging drama is absolutely deranged. This manga looks, walks, and quacks like a yuri, and yet it is not? I’d we look to Wikipedia for a definition, “yuri as a genre depicts intimate relationships between women, a scope that is broadly defined to include romantic love, intense friendships, spiritual love, and rivalry.” Here, two ostensibly married women make breakfast for each other and gently discuss how much they love each other, and that she’d love her just the same if she was a dog or a piece of bread or anything else. Consent and partner comfort are thoroughly established. They compare their current session to “how you always do it for me with your finger.”
This work *plainly* meets that definition. If the rigid following of some structure leads you to a place which does not even pass the sniff test, that’s a clue to reevaluate. I don’t think I need to do more than vaguely gesture towards humanity’s tendency to end up in very silly places by rigid adherence to dogma to underline my point. Just include all relevant tags and let the those who care use negative filtering with “-futanari”. Easy.

As a polite aside to NBRa, in the very last frame, isn’t whether or not it is a dream is left ambiguous to the reader?
