I know the series of "Ah! Megami-sama" aka "Oh! My Goddess", and I know the characters pretty well, however I do wonder about two of them: the blonde on image 70, and the green-haired lady on 68. Can anyone remind me who they are?

The blonde one is called Hagall, and is Hild's second in command (second highest ranking demoness). She only appears in the late volumes of the manga, and because of that she's hardly shown anywhere else, including all animated adaptation of the series.

The green haired lady is called Ansuz and like Hagall she only appears late in the series. In fact she shows up very late in the manga, and because of that is even less featured in the series. Nevertheless, she's Heaven's highest ranking goddess and implied to be the second in command to Tyr (aka Almighty in the series), as well as his second wife. She's also the mother of Belldandy and Skuld, as well as kind of a stepmother figure for Urd, who she seems to treat no differently than her own daughters. It kind of helps that she's friends with Hild, almost like how Urd and Mara are friends in the series.
