I'm in favour of variant images in general, different outfits are hot. But they need to be curated. Represent each option in a complete unique outfit so the viewer can get a feel for all the options available, and then provide patrons with a PSD they can play with if they want.

If you really want to show extra combinations/variants, or have the character strip out of each outfit, you can get away with it with extra dialogue and putting them in a good order, but there's no need to put up every permutation of the images.

Optimally, this would be brought down to like 5 images. If drawn out with a bit of story, maybe it would go up to 10.
