The story somehow shifted into this VR game like setting. I hope someone can give like a translation or a tldr summary of what is going on, cause the difference from the previous arc is so huge

@scidea At rhe start they're brought to 王満子 (Ou manko, referencing omanko ofc) who appears to be the mastermind behind everything. She reveals that the mind control and drugs that were used previously have "broken" their bodies (for eg Aqua and Towa randomly lactating at the start), and she more or less forces them to sign a contract saying that if they clear her VR game she'll fix them.

Near the end it's explained that the sex toys are being used to force out the drugs, and that they're playing the game so that they don't get mindbroken by all the stimulation. There's also a panel with the contract showing that the girls are obligated to follow all of Ou manko's orders until they clear the game.
