Hello! Here's something special I've been working on!

Two raiders had a great idea after finding an abandoned lab in an old Vault. Turning your victims into servile killing machines? That's a great idea! No way it could ever backfire... Right? 👀

So, this is my attempt at a transformation sequence, after getting the idea from someone on discord. Originally, it was only supposed to be a few pictures, but I over-committed and made it a full-size sequence instead. I think it turned out pretty good though! I was a bit worried that the concept of "mid-transformation" was gonna be too complex for Stable Diffusion (which is why I haven't done any TF content so far, even though I wanted to) but as it turns out, it deals with it quite well!

So in the future I'll probably work on more TF sequences, with other kinds of monstergirls, so if you don't like this one, you can always look out for the next one! Monsterfuckers rejoice!

I know some people are gonna come and complain, but I gotta say, the amount of control you have and the quality of AI generations is moving at an incredible speed. You get the sense of the transformation, while the character's traits remain very consistent. That, plus your additions and post-work, create a compelling result. Good job, man.

@drtomservo while it is true that the poster didn't do the majority of the art. there is still plenty of work to be done. I've gotten into using ai myself although I use it to help with story writing and dabbled in using ai generated images to try going with my stories. the amount of work needed to figure out the right combination of prompt words to get the desired base image is challenging. then there is the editing of the image that they had to do themselves to clean up any errors the ai generation may have included in the images. So, yes, they did indeed work on this and will be working on other things in the future.

Fuck the haters man, they're useless people. This is good, I'm not a huge fan of scaly's but this is well done.

I've been playing with Auto1111 and Comfy a bit myself, would you mind saying what models (Pony?) and nodes you used to get this kind of quality? Any outside editing?

100% agree, AI is a tool like anything else. You can let it do the heavy lifting and sit your hat on things just being good enough or you can use AI to empower creativity and help you learn and grow. This is solid work and like what was already mentioned above, the character consistency is wonderfully done. Would love to know the weights, models, post generation labor, and so on that you used. I mean I understand that might be giving away your secret sauce and I get that some people aren't comfortable sharing that stuff but if you ARE comfortable sharing it would most likely help push creativity and the art forward as a whole. You obviously have a solid grasp on it. Heck sell a tutorial on Patreon on how you did all this. I'd buy it :D

@drtomservo I won't claim that I work just as hard as real artists, obviously actually drawing is much more difficult than this, but I don't agree with people saying that it's no work at all to get good results with AI. Just look at all the low quality stuff that's everywhere that people put zero effort into. Personally, I try to refine the images as much as possible, I also try to dabble with more complex concepts and poses than just pin-ups of anime girls. I try to work on consistency too (still not perfect, but I'm making progress!). Overall, it's definitely not as much work as a real artist, but it's not nothing either, and I sure hope that what I post is a bit of a higher standard than the many low-effort gens out there! I try to aim for that, at least.

@JunkAlot I use Pony for that yeah, no nodes, I'm running auto1111, comfyUI scares me with its complexity. To get crisp results I generate at a decently high res (768x1280) then upscale 2x and inpaint details at a high resolution (usually 1536x or even 2048x for faces). I do a lot editing and stitching together images in Photoshop as well, to nudge the AI in the right direction and to get the details I want that it tends to struggle with (like hands, pupils, details on genitals etc)

@djvirt I'm all for sharing the secret sauce, honestly I think it's only fair considering the nature of AI generation. @Dragonstalker I'm up for more TF stuff, definitely! A mare would be a bit too close to feral stuff to my tastes, but a dragon and an anput (never heard of that before, i'll sleep smarter tonight) sound like good material :D

Holy fuck there are actually people THAT retarded that they think this kind of stuff was just gotten by plugging a prompt in and that this isn't dozens of hours of manual effort working in conjunction with the AI?

I don't get why people are hating AI and be fine with basic honeyselect stuff or other 3d/2d render softs (I used honeyselect and most of the time people just use the basic scenes poses and everything it's as hard as making a custom character, wow)

anyways now I just need to wait until someone does this as a mod (I say this but Im 90% sure there is already a mod that's like that, I think it replaced cait with a humanoid deathclaw or supermutant)

I for one would like to see the baby humaniod deathclaws. maybe like chibi like and some more human and smarter and some less so and dumb as rocks. perhaps see them grow-up and the smart ones struggle to keep the dumb ones out of trouble and get in some real LOL moments!?!

@peg92 Because most of them are either exclusively-commission-only "artists" pissed off they can't hold exclusivity on whoring out their artistic integrity in exchange for that sweet sweet commission cash anymore when the bar for entry to creating niche content is lowered, or alternately just bandwagon haters. And to be clear, I'm not badmouthing every artist who does take commissions, just the ones who only do it exclusively and refuse to ever draw anything unless someone is footing the bill. If you hate art so much you won't do it unless it's a job, then you're not an artist, in my eyes. And those people seem to be the ones spearheading the anti-AI crusade.

yeah but why isnt there as much hate for stuff like kisekai or honey select, ok it's not as "powerful" as AI (limited by the models and stuff like that) but for instance if you want to make a BE or bimbofication comic it's good enough and at least you wont have any continuity issues and is doesnt take more skill than making your skyrim character xD
