Where's the cumflation supposed to be? To me it seems like the only thing expanding as a result of semen is an X-ray that isn't even overlaid, nothing is expanding as a result of it. It's literally just a fat woman getting fatter from being fed, there's just no continuity between the next set of images and the last that would indicate that the tag belongs.
