Apologies for the translations in the margins. There were a few pieces of text where I wasn't able to clean/emulate the dotted pattern. I confirmed with the commissioner and he was comfortable with it.

The added omake is from the print version of this book which came out in 2014 ISBN978-4-86297-462-4 C9979.
I purchased a copy on merukari and cut out the pages and scanned them. It includes a black and white version of parts 1 and 2 as well as ヤリすぎ！！教イク指導室 (Yari sugi!! Kyou-iku shidou-shitsu) which I believe can be purchased here but is not on e-hentai. The versions on CMOA are in color and seem to be higher quality than what I could get from these books, so it doesn't seem like there's anything else to digitize from the volume.

Update: added the obi or the little thing that goes around the bottom of the book. It says "(My) girlfriend is handheld!?"
