So, whoever tagged Akeno Himejima as the character... I pulled up 10 different reference images from the anime and 10 different images of HSDXD cosplay props samples and... I don't see any resemblance. "Close but no coconuts" don't cut it here.

Edit: OK I identified the character. She's a character from a lesser known visual novel video game called WAGAMAMA HIGH SPEC (yes it's stylized to be in all-caps)
