Normally I don't do ongoing stuff, but I made an exception here. Yes, I'll be translating the new images as they're released as well.

Sorry it took me an extra day to get this out. I considered asking the artist if they had the images without text, but when I weighed the option of talking to another person versus a few extra hours of work removing the text myself, I decided the latter was a much better choice.

Here's a basic summary of the story based on what I can tell from the before and afters:

Charao-kun (the "playboy") is a regular bully of otaku-kun, a fat, ugly nobody. In spite of his bullying, however, he has a soft spot for him, which manifests in occasional kindness towards him and inviting him to hang out, at places like the beach. One day (this is page 34) he and otaku-kun are hanging out together and "as a joke" he wears the shimakaze outfit his girlfriend wore for fun, and to his shock, otaku-kun gets rock hard. At this point the two of them bang, come to some kind of agreement and begin to date in an unofficial capacity. This is where the bottom "after" pics start. From there charao-kun slowly turns from a charao/gyaru-oh into a gyaru, while the two of them fall more and more deeply in love with each other.

For something that should have an incredibly degenerate premise (and given this is gomabura I would've expected it to be more degen), the story is surprisingly wholesome. I actually genuinely like it as a simple yaoi romance without the porn aspect. I'm glad Goma has gone out of his way to keep it fairly vanilla.
