Nah, it's NTR. The girl is calling her bf "Nii-ni" which what a kid would use to call their brother if they're close. The bf in the video is always "talking" to the real brother, things like "bro, I'm fucking your little sister". The brother was also close with the girl so his position as "brother" got stolen from him.
