The title seems to be a compound word of "futanari", "yuri" and "rhythm".
But actually there are no futanaris in this manga!
Because when the main characters got dicks(and balls), their vaginas disappeared.

According to the definitions in ehwiki:
Futanari: A participant with both a penis and a vagina.
Shemale: Girls that have male genitals but not a vagina.

So you can see females and shemales in this manga, but no any futanaris.

简单翻译一下：

In Japan, Newhalf/Shemale is only ever used for pre-op MtF trans women. A bunch of insecure, autistic 2channers and 4channers started insisting that futanari only means hermaphrodites after people kept insisting that "liking futa makes you gay". In Japan, there are now artists who are starting to insist that futanari should ONLY be used for characters that have a penis, testicles, vagina, and breasts. A few artists have responded by creating characters that are guys with breasts and vaginas.

Also, it's vaguely implied in one of the stories that both of the girls here may still have their female gonads inside. At that point, they would still be hermaphroditic.
