As already noted by Danifos, this is the same sort of deal as Circle Poison's Divine Miko IF - a visual novel that's being updated with one or two new scenes a month rather than a proper game like the original Charlotte game.

On one hand, yay for more bad things happening to Charlotte, on the other hand, this is so low effort compared to what NoFuture did in the past.

Are 353 to 393 mildly out of order? She seems to be flipping between transformed and de-powered somewhat inconsistently.

Edit: @danifos. Fair enough. Based on how No Future likes to do scenes, I would guess that there are time lapses (i.e. "~4 Hours Later~") that are just expressed in the text then. So her transformation would break, and then we skip to a couple hours later where she managed to get it back, only to see it get broken again. 353-393 might be taking place over the course of a few days.
