I like the more emotional/empathetic approach this takes - a lot. It's the thing I always look for and so rarely find. I'm not going to claim it's a masterpiece just yet - gotta see where it goes from here. But it addresses mental health and loneliness and panzermeido should be applauded for that, in my opinion.

It also outlines much the same way things went for me in school - starting off relatively equal, boys playing with girls without thinking much of it - but eventually being made an outcast, most people avoiding me and not wanting to inflict my presence on others.

I never had a complex for a doctor, of course. But everyone needs some empathy - and someone to be glad they're around. I'm happy to say I'm at least one such someone for a couple of people.

I hope she doesn't live out some revenge fantasy but is able to stay tender/sweet (and not turn into a monster, personality-wise). Even if she does become super muscular/powerful physically.

One nitpick: page 9: do hearts show up on x-rays? I thought the point was that only bone would.

I honestly hope she turns into a muchin-esque futa, at least bodily wise.
