for some reason a number of western artists have decided to lock off large portions of their library from literally anyone for no reason, not even posting works that are several years old to public spaces even though they're not selling them anymore (or if they are, they're not new).

it's fucking weird is all I'm saying. Kind of counterproductive too, you'd think they'd be all for the advertising.
