Man, I get that the appeal of ridiculous bimbo bodies is the oversexualized, logic-defying, physics-defying physique that is pushing past the line of sanity. But I just can't turn off the part of my brain that looks at the alignment of her spine in page 25 and tries to calculate the bending force and angled compression her lumbar discs are under.
That said, I don't have a good explanation for why that bothers me, but the stomach deformation doesn't. Maybe because I've suffered back pain and back injuries before, but never had my guts rearranged? I don't know.
