I really don't understand the netorare tag on this one, at all. There was no relationship other than friendship between the MC and the girls during the entire thing. I think the issue here is that everyone except for the main character are borderline sociopaths like @pleomaxx wrote.

So... the facts for this one, as presented in the near 200 pages are as follows:
- MC, when he was younger, got doted on by these older girls because his family seems to be abusive, at least lightly so.
- MC gets inducted into their circle of friends, which includes the slightly older guy, Kazu, who later becomes a muscle-man fuck-god.
- MC leaves after middle school, and stays completely away for the duration of high school, university and enough time with a job to be miserable with said job... That's at least 6-7 years away.
- MC then comes back and things seem mostly the same until he sees Kazu fuck the two older girls retarded, and that's when he realizes that he might like these girls as more than friends/older sister figures.
- We're shown that while MC was away, all 3 girls were approached by Kazu, and they got fucked with various degrees of willingness, and their resistance to his advances was about as consistent as wet tissue paper.
- MC becomes increasingly miserable with the situation.
- The girls notice after a couple of days, the reason for it gets out, and they invite him to fuck too, but he obviously can't keep up for many reasons.
- MC then leaves, supposedly to get his stuff to be able to stay at the island, but the ending is ambiguous about whether he'll return or not.

The majority of the pages are just sex between Kazu and the girls with little to them beyond them cumming themselves brain dead.

Now, here's some things I'm noting here about this one. First, none of the girls express romantic affection towards the MC, and in none of their flashbacks do they express any feelings along the lines of "I wished it was MC rather than Kazu" or anything of the sort. Second, while the girls complain a bit about Kazu's behavior, even in the flashbacks, they never seem to seriously fight it, opose it, or even make a real effort to distance themselves from him. The "childhood friend onahole", heh, even notes that she likes being complimented by him and kinda liked that he confessed to her even though he was lame about it. All signs point towards all 3 girls having some level of romantic attachment to the dude too, not just sexual compatibility. Furthermore, outside of bedroom times, they clearly get along and are good friends.Oh, and, the timing and nature of some of their complaints seems to be more to egg the guy on to fuck them harder than anything else...

All in all, Kazu built himself a functional harem and that's that. If MC wasn't in the picture, one might even consider this whole thing weirdly wholesome.

Even with the MC in the picture... well, the guy was gone for 6-7 years as I said. That's a long ass time. Even without Kazu in the picture, it would have been entirely possible that all 3 girls would have been in their own relationships at that point anyway and he'd have gotten fuck all anyway. It's rather unrealistic for him to expect the girls to still be single after such a long period of time, especially when there weren't any promises or anything between them aside from staying friends.

Furthermore, they did stay friends with him. They were perfectly normal around him during the day and it wasn't as if Kazu was banging the girls in his face and showing them off or anything like that. Nor were they humiliating him about how much more of a stud Kazu is or anything of the sort. It was him that barged in on their relationship, and while it's unusual, it's not automatically wrong or anything. MC didn't have any special rights to the girls or anything. Quite frankly, they didn't need to invite him to fuck at all and he had no right to complain. Hell, they could have complained about him peeping on them if anything, since he was the one in the wrong there.

Him being miserable was his own jealosy and immaturity for thinking that things could and would stay the same after him being away for so long.

For me, this doesn't register as NTR. In general, BSS doesn't register as NTR to me, because quite frankly, it involves an immature and self entitled mindset that's quite frankly massively stupid. Just because another guy moves in on the girl(s) you like doesn't mean he steals her/them from you if you didn't make a move in the first place... and this matters all the more when the girls didn't return those feelings to begin with. MC's sufferring in here was entirely self inflicted due to his own unrealistic expectations and his inability to cope with the fact that, y'know, a lot of time passed and things changed. What, if all the girls were dating perfectly normal men, would he have been pointlessly jealous then too? Pretty sure in that situation, normal guys wouldn't be willing to share the way Kazu was, so it'd have been even worse. Plus, none of them showed off or did anything to specifically humiliate him or anything, it was all in his idiot head.

Now, obviously, we don't see enough of the thinking of the girls, or Kazu's beyond him treating said girls as onaholes, to fully know what kind of people they are... but I personally think that the girls and even Kazu do genuinely care for the MC, it's just that their common sense doesn't align with his own. For them, their casual sexual relationship is perfectly normal, it's all they've known. None of them have been in a normal relationship, so they don't understand MC's issues at all.

@RaizelX The problem there is that it's all open to interpretation without direct inner monologues from the girls themselves. We don't know what they're thinking or exactly why they did what they did. The only thing we know for sure is that Kazu absolutely doesn't mind "sharing his onaholes" with his best bud.

For example, Natsu came to fuck the MC AFTER she was 1st fucked by Kazu, probably more than once, while the older girls were giving MC double paizuri and then each of them took a ride on his dick. She said that it felt nice, not good, great, amazing, or anything else. It likely did feel nice for her, it just didn't feel anywhere near as intense as what Kazu already gave her and would continue to give her. Who knows? She might even like it, just not better than the stud's fucking. We don't really know tbh.

I think why MC felt defeated at the end is because he wasn't looking for sex. He was looking for respite. Hiro got chewed up and spat out by Japan's dehumanising work culture and came home in defeat; looking for a place to lick his wounds. Only to discover that his home wasn't his home anymore. Everybody was all handwaves and smiles by day. But by night it was clear that they were living their own lives and that he was just in the vicinity. He wasn't living with his pseudo-family anymore. He was living with roommates that seemed obligated to look after him just because that's what they had always done.

That's why the ending turned out the way it did. The three girls invited him to have sex. Because they were already planning to have sex with Kazu that night. The girls were open to having sex with Hiro. But only because Kazu was lending them out. Not really sharing, but temporarily letting Hiro have a go. Hiro had sex with the girls. But only with the ones that weren't busy with Kazu. So, even in the end, when it seems like Hiro might be able to make new relationships with his old friends. It's just pity sex and once the pity sex is over, the girls are immediately all over Kazu. Hiro can't even make a new relationship with the girls. Because Kazu is the guy they're actually interested in.

By the very end, we see the life Kazu was having compared to the life Hiro was having. While Hiro was slaving away for a country that could care less. Kazu was spending time with girls on holidays and having lots of sex. Showing the huge gap in the lives that the old childhood friends were living. I think this is why the girls weren't actually bothered about Hiro leaving. For Hiro, Kazu and the girls were a memory of better times. But the girls were living their better times. Then some guy they knew, seven years ago, showed up and left again. Hardly even a blip on their radar.

This is a pretty clueless (but unsurprising) take. BSS is NTR because NTR isn't about cheating, it's about the feeling of being cucked.
