What does it means "If I had bought bdg" on page 16? Is it slang? And on page 27 the 7 and the O/0 have a meaning?

Do the machine translation then proof-read to make sure it comes out intelligible. MTL by itself is absolutely not there yet.

I think if people actually read their MTL and then rewrote parts of it to be fucking legible it would still be utter shit, but it wouldn't be COMPLETLY shit. IT feels like every translation lately is a piss poor rush job that makes everything read like 2008 Google Translate

It seems like most muscle girl doujins are victims of MTLs. Unfortunate.

A non-exhaustive selection of 10+ lines where the translation can be improved (Japanese raw for comparison: /g/2943183/3a7a798669/):

Page 3 Panel 2
This translation: “You're amazing, Leona!”
Japanese text: さすがですレオナさん
Author’s intent: He's saying her performance is just what he'd expect from her, so something like “Amazing as always, Leona(-san)!” would be more accurate.

Page 5 Panel 1
This translation: “Talia was totally eyeing me up again today.”
Japanese text: タリアのやつ今日も私を凝視していたな
Author’s intent: The statement is more neutral than what "eyeing me up" implies, so “Thalia was staring at me again today.” or "Thalia's gaze was fixed on me again today." would be better. (Talia/Thalia/Taria/Tharia all work as translations of タリア, so pick any and stick with one, since this translation used both Talia and Thalia. I'm going to use Thalia, but any of those are equally correct.)

Page 5 Panel 2
This translation: “Is that serious guy thinking like a typical guy?”
Japanese text: あんなまじめなやつでも男子ということか
Author’s intent: She's saying that although he is a serious person, he's still a boy too, implying that he might be staring at her as a member of the opposite sex, so the line is something like “Even if he is quite the serious person, he's still a boy, isn't he?”

Page 5 Last Panel
This translation: “The way he looks at me is different from the others.”
Japanese text: あいつが私を見る目はそういうのじゃない
Author’s intent: She's denying that he looks at her in a sexual way, so the line is something like “He doesn't look at me that way.” or more literally but perhaps more awkwardly "He doesn't look at me with those sort of eyes."

Page 6 Panel 2
This translation: “But hey, I'm more than that sometimes. / I want to be seen as a woman.”
Japanese text: でも私だってたまには / おんなとしてみられたい
Author’s intent: These two text boxes are all part of the same sentence, not two separate ones (also there is no "hey"). It should be “But sometimes, even I / want to be seen as a woman.”

Page 6 Last Panel
This translation: “I'm Ezreal, at your service!”
Japanese text: ぼくですタリアです
Author’s intent: Translation is fabricated, which is odd since there is no sentence in Japanese simpler than "X desu.", not to mention "Ezrael" both isn't in the Japanese text as well as contradicts the name already present earlier in the translation. Translation is “It's me! (It's) Thalia!”

Page 6 Last Panel
This translation: "I'll be leaving soon, so you forgot to pay me my reward."
Japanese text: もうすぐ帰っちゃうんだから報酬渡しそびれましたよ
Author’s intent: He's talking about her leaving so quickly after work, that he didn't get a chance to pass her her compensation for the job, so it's not about her paying him. Translation should be something like “You turned in so soon, I didn't get a chance to hand you your reward (or "payment for the job").”

Page 10 Last Panel
This translation: “Am I feeling that way about myself?”
Japanese text: 私でそういう気分になってるのか?
Author’s intent: She's talking about him, not herself. She said "Did you get into *that* kind of mood because of me?"

Page 11 Panel 4
This translation: “Please, hit me harder!”
Japanese text: もっと強くしてください
Author’s intent: “Please do it harder.” would be a more accurate phrasing.

Page 16 Panel 1
This translation: “If I had bought BDG, / It wouldn't have turned out like this...”
Japanese text: 見てなかったら / こんなになってません...
Author’s intent: “If I didn't (see you as one), / I wouldn't have gotten like this...”

Page 18-20, 22-26
This translation: N/A
The Issue: Nothing on these pages are translated (except for a single line on page 23, which itself references a line of Leona's dialogue that wasn't translated) even though there are both moans as well as actual words and dialogue like そこ "right there", キモチ "It feels good", イク "I'm cumming" etc.

Page 27
All English text on this page is fabricated, with no connection to the Japanese.

Page 28 Panel 1
This translation: “Doesn't suit you right?”
Japanese text: 似合ってないか?
Author’s intent: She's asking if the outfit doesn't look good on her, so “It doesn't suit me?” is more accurate.

Also, the artist is Tsunao (つなお), not Natsuo Tsunao (夏生ツナオ), so downvote the latter tag and upvote the former.
