First three images are scans of the inserts, rest of it is the contents of the CD. Going off of the filenames I'd assume there are many illustrations that were in the original doujinshi that did not end up on this CD.

It appears all the websites were run by the circle's other member, Hajime Kurimoto. I cannot find much information about Marie Rinshi online other than a few of their works.
