Oof....source raw was probably from Amazon with that Resolution and light saber censor.. Whoever commissioned could have at least provided a better raw :(

Its actually possible to transfer mosiac over you just layer the better one on top and delete the white mosiacs.

Unfortunately the other one on the internet has different coloring. I just went through the motions and its works very well but I dont know anything about matching the colors. I resized and then did a few but this is in an example. Not going to rest because some of its obviously got color differences. Here is an image of one of them.
