I might be able to understand why these women might need a place where they can feel protected from men who are more predatory than others... but it's perfectly fine for a man to exhibit those predatory behaviors (which is even worse in this case since they can literally KILL other people) if he's a woman? Really? For that matter, why do these ladies even NEED this sanctuary from the carnality of men if they're all just fucking each other anyway?

@RobDollar The actual place is less "sanctuary from men", it's a place of learning. A monastery if you will. A lot of people in there are also victims of various sexual assaults of others.

It's not sex they fear, it's the assault. IIRC there are similar sanctuaries for men too. Notice that the sex they have is all consensual.
