Yes, there's something of the 'Fate BB' style in '3piece nursing' like the hair, breasts, and eyes, but 'Fate BB' has better quality, as if the artist put more effort into it for being just 4 pages or perhaps they only did the rough draft and another artist with better skill improved it with the lineart.
I think initially, assistants of ななお tried to continue his work, but since the style was difficult to imitate, they gradually stopped trying. Also, since consumers didn't notice the change, they eventually stopped caring and simply slapped ななお's name on the drawings of another artist.
