Luluko (ルル子/ruruko) is the fanmade name of the genderswapped version of Lelouch Lamperouge.

"Lulu" is from Lelouch (ルルーシュ/rurūshu) and "ko" is the frequently subfix for a girl's name.

Female Lelouch is also called Leloucia, Lucia and other names by many fans.
