I've been working on translating the comic into English, and the progress is still ongoing.

@izaan, in the CN version, NCL1325 answered my question about the potion effect "This is my first time made up a TF story, didn't have a really rigorous settings, I just assume every one who drinks the potion will be transform into full animal XD"
And about the antidote effect (shared between 3) was "If there are any plot holes in the content or if you find anything odd, the simple answer is "because I didn't think too much about it."
Then, I think that, full animal

I do have some ideas and thoughts for the continuation of the story and have discussed them with the artist. However, considering the budget and other future commissions we want to focus on, we might prioritize other original commission content for now. I do hope that one day we can bring those ideas to life, haha.
