Google Translate has an option when translating Japanese to English where you can draw a kanji to get around not being able to type it in or copy/paste. If I could draw better with a mouse, I could use that to do a rough translation.
But as it stands, our only option for making a translation happen is commissioning someone who actually knows what they're doing.
@TheLastTatlFan Unless you have familiarity with Kanji and stroke orders, that's an exercise in madness. You can't simply try to "draw" a kanji and expect it to know what character you're trying to write unless it's extremely simple and straightforward. Most of them are not.
What you *could* do is use something like Japan Goggles to capture Japanese text from images.
