@kaizer_emperor, that is more than likely the editor for Comic Hotmilk's doing and not the artist. With the way the Japanese censoring body works, you try to get away with as little as possible until you get in trouble and then you over compensate to a ridiculous degree to get through. After that you try backing it back down again until you get in trouble again.

@ChronoStriker1 So what bothers me is that we've had the ability to decentralize image hosting and payments with crypto for a while now...they can literally skirt these stupid laws using Crypto and distributed hosting/fileshare/marketplace services.

And I doubt they would have a hard time getting endusers in Japan to integrate with it.
