Don't know if it was bad blood with Lucy's creator or belief he made a mistake, but I believe these days Naylor has regret having Fisk and Lucy be together. I hadn't read all of Better Days and the followup but it's definitely safe(ish) for work, and doing that with Lucy and Fisk could be considered a bad call, from an artist perspective years later.
