Holy crap is that Tamagoro? Seems that his manga about a gal has been done since 2020, the english translation is at 4/5 volumes however. Strange that it's been 4 years since then for any other manga, hentai manga, or hentai doujinshi. Regardless, nice to see him back again.

The story in page 41 is about a lesbian girl that switched bodies with her gay brother, so she went to the girl she likes who is straight and has a crush on her brother, however at the end they switched back while both pairs were in the middle of sex (The gay brother had sex with brother of the straight girl who he has a crush on bu the latter is also straight with a crush on his lesbian sister)

It got sequel where now the straight siblings switch bodies
