You constantly lose calories, even if your body only does the barest minimum to stay alive. Granted, it will take a few hours to burn 140 calories doing next to nothing (varies, depending on weight, age, health etc.), but you'd eventually get there. Same applies for most other calories here. If you have no other measure than just calories, like weight for food in regards to calorie intake or time for activities burning calories, most of these specifications would be possible, though sunbathing for 2-4 hours doesn't sound that great to me.
