The last of the initial Cell Arc. When Number 18 gives birth to eggs nothing like Cell's own, he is forced to reconsider how much of his current goals are actually his own. What's the point in being strongest? Was that ever really his goal? Or was he being controlled the entire time? The exciting conclusion... which ends with all the action offscreen, for some reason. Thrilling!
