In that prison everyone is frustated, and this girl have clear bags under her eyes, that could be from overwork or stress, or both, place have thousand of inmates and they had to resort to MC to calm them so to avoid riots.
Anyway she liked it, a lot, the fact she had a dark face after and barely kept standing before collapsing wth MC seed sputing out makes clear she wanted to hid it, but it could be she didn't hide it was her but her reactions, could have told to MC that she needed to vent, but most likely he doesn't know.
