This is absolutely ai. Maybe traced into manga style, or placed over the bacgkround. Maybe some man hands were traced from a clip dtudion paint dummy or whatever But it's definetly ai.
Aside from proportions being completely wrong for on 2 out of 3 characters.
There is also: boob size & behavior inconsistence.

@Zellos When you say old, you mean the stuff from ten or so years ago? I've been following Haruhisky for a long, long time, this is absolutely his style as it is now. He has probably drawn Haruhi more times than any single person on the planet at this point. Since well, well before AI was capable of producing any art at all he would churn out Haruhi. I'd say it's been this way since the Harucos series.
