@Soldier A I think you can take it as his dick being bigger then it was before, it did get bigger over time in the first comic so it's a safe bet that it had gotten even bigger then it was the first two times they did it also he says her ass is tight in this one where in the 2nd one he says how it was still widened from the night before so we can also take her not thinking it won't fit as her ass having tightened back up since the last time, so her ass having tightened up and his dick potentially being bigger then it was before you can understand why she would think it might not fit.
