You could have maybe used the nickname "Lin" or "Rin" as short for Qilin since that was originally going to be her name in English. In fact, there's vestigial voice-over lines of Rapunzel referring to her as Quilin that are still in the game as far as I know. Although I guess all of this might be a little to esoteric.

Kirin is the Japanese name for Qilin. While the two names are technically for different mythological creatures, they are the same for all intents and purposes. Which is why I also included both "Rin" and "Lin". You need to get the cum out of your ears from gooning so much. Please and thanks!

If you know what a Quilin is then why don't you stop being retarded? What's more likely, that she said exactly what it sounds like to everyone with a working set of ears or that she mispronounced the word Guren so badly that she forgot the G, the U, and the E and the ADR director let the line go through? Nikke's localization has tons of vestigial voice lines of changed names like Privaty being called Liberty and Shifty being referred to as Persephone early in the story despite this name being uttered nowhere in KR or JP. @MARTIANxMADNESS I don't know where you got that info from but the artist here use the japanese name (well, duh) of Scarlet, which is 紅蓮 (Guren). Shorten it and you will get the nickname Ren.
Also, her original name is actually Hongryeon, which is from the korean folktale.
