Honestly, dude, just thank you for at least attempting to upload this, since no one else has done it yet, even if the scan quality is a bit questionable.

It's really frustrating that Aka himself didn't bother to upload this online for some reason. He already have a FANBOX account where they could have easily posted it, and I could have just bought it since my Visa still works there, haha.

dude, 1st you dont want another cgc since this is an active uploader, secondly you just have to adjust the levels, yeah it's greyish but the details are there and the book was taken apart not to get the smudging on the edges, which are absent here. theres only some aliasing which I really cant comment on since i dont have the physical, but considering the hair is just a bazillion thin lines it's normal

To me scan looks good, it's just what's coming out of scanner without any touchup, and I think it's preferable since then you can retouch it however you like
