This is part 2 - simple. However, there is a lot of problems with it.

First of all, he didn't translate all of the panels. It's quite a mess actually.
The translation has several MTL characteristics. I don't think that this is a proper human translation at all. The uploader probably did this with MTL and corrected the mistakes with proof reading. This doesn't make the translation any accurate at all.

Second problem:
He took the low-res version and not the original size of the pictures.
And as you've noticed, this is part 2, part 1 is missing a translation. However, since this is most likely MTL, it was good that he didn't violate part 1.
