I wasn't sure if I should mark it as an MTL or not. The reason I didn't was because I was mostly just using dictionaries and piecing together the text from there (I do have some understanding of the grammar, I just lack Japanese vocab), only really using machine translators to double-check my work in a couple places. I would say most of this isn't actually machine, but not all of it. The translator's note was intended to be a bit tongue in cheek. I'm not a translator meaning this isn't something I typically do, and me not speaking Japanese meaning me not being close to fluent. Translating this was actually a fairly time-consuming process because I wasn't just using google translate or whatever. Am I a "proficient human translator," certainly not, but this work is mostly human (again there are a couple areas where it's not, but that's not the majority).
