The picture quality is, quite frankly, horrible.
If you need to make all your pics a certain resolution, find a better resizing program.

If you MUST alter an image in any way, convert it to a DAMN .PNG first, dammit! Haven't you ever heard of JPEG ARTIFACTS??? EVERY TIME A JPG/JPEG IMAGE IS SAVED, IT COLLECTS PROGRESSIVELY MORE STATIC/NOISE, WHICH CAUSES THE IMAGE QUALITY TO GO TO HELL OVER SEVERAL GENERATIONS OF IT!!! SHEESH!
