Also, why is Sasuke missing an arm? That's their Shippuden designs, meaning Sasuke shouldn't be missing an arm. He didn't lose his arm until his final fight with Naruto at the end of the anime/manga, and Naruto lost his as well. His arm should at least be wrapped.

"No" as they say. I'm not the type who can just turn my brain off and nut. If I'm following a story of an already established universe, it immediately snaps me out when very obvious inconsistencies occur. Sure the art is hot, sure my head canon sees Naruto and Sasuke ending up together long before Sasuke ever gives Sakura the time of day. Or that I always hated Naruto ending up Hinata. However, canon is canon, and having pre-war Shippudin Sasuke walking around with one arm just makes me focus on the fucking arm. Where is it? How did he lose it? At this point, I can't even focus on the sex.

When reading comics like that, a certain level of suspension of disbelief is a must.
Sure, one armed Sasuke in his mid-Shippuuden clothes makes no sense. Neithe rdoes Naruto playing shogi, the two of them being friendly liek this. Or being into each other. Or fucking. Or Sasuke bottoming.
On fundamental level, porn and erotica of established franchises demand that you treat the established canon events as more of a loose quideline author is following. Otherwise none of it ever makes sense.
