Typically stuff with guy with that has an enlarged chest following feminization gets tagged shemale as it looks the part, and there's no tag (I think) for just regular guys with chests like that (because regular guys don't).

I guess that's why.

@Sweet, I agree that it's quite flawed. On one hand it makes some sense, on the other it disconnects the two while searching as you mentioned. An extra m tag would help clear up stuff like this.

That sounds like a serious flaw in the system. At least for people like me who care about the distinction. I wouldn't have known this had a part 2 if the uploader hadn't linked to it because part 2 meets my exclusion criteria for tags, even though I would be interested in the content of the doujin itself.
Makes me wonder what other kinds of content are being compounded into other tags for the sake of convenience.
