This could use an actual rip of the pictures rather than screencaps. How'd they make it for the Fighting Collection?

It's already an actual rip, these are pictures ripped directly from the game files and converted to jpg, no backgroud or anything else added or removed.
Capcom chose to put them this way in this collection.

Oof, thanks for clearing it up. In that case I wish Capcom treated their own assets better. Some of the best video game artwork of all time not getting the respect they deserve from the company.

Is it easy to rip the pictures directly from the game gallery then convert them to jpg/png? Are the programs for these easy to use? I also learned from the comments here on how to extract pages from a protected PDF, open in SumatraPDF right-click each page copy-paste into Photoshop then save.

There are many games nowadays that use that Unity player/launcher art gallery, some game examples would be Space Marine 2, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Elden Ring or Starfield, .
Cracked/Pirated games from verified repackers like FitGirl and DODI also include these art gallery launchers.

If I know how to rip it from the game, it would be nice for me to rip the art of Space Marine 2.
