Hard to read the Japanese but it isn't that vague.
In the first case the boy possess the physical body of the girl and gets her off while she is still conscious, and then he possess the other woman entirely.

There's both an upscaled and a better version. I definitely had the better version at some point I'll have to dig around my files to see if I still have it.

EDIT: No dice, not in any of my drives or archive discs. If it matters パコパコTIME is the name of the book, not this chapter. This chapter is 八めっこド家の秘密 (The Secret of the Eight Point Family) or something like that. Not only was the other one better quality, but I believe it was even translated into english.
