Well, there is no hope in this slimy, fleshy hell.

After a long and exhausting combat, Kara got captured by an eldritch abomination on a remote planet. These horrible creatures yearn for living meat in their barren habitat. They mostly prey upon less evolved animals, and an intelligent female humanoid is a very rare catch. Kara's healthy, strong Kryptonian flesh is like a divine gift for them.

They use the warm living flesh of whatever prey they catch as a nursery for their disgusting offspring before they devour the prey whole. Kara's young, wet orifices are fully being used for that purpose.

Her strong Kryptonian body is like a hard lolipop that doesn't wear off quickly when you lick it. The monster is coating every part of her body with its disgusting saliva, slowly savoring the taste of her exquisite flesh.

The digestive fluid of these monsters contain a lot of aphrodisiac, and the digestive enzymes in it act very slowly while the prey is alive. It's probably because they have evolved to both breed & consume their prey at the same time. Unless you're a corpse with dead cells that don't regenerate there's not much physical harm done to the body. Even without the sunlight, a strong healthy Kryptonian flesh would last very long under the circumstances.

Kara's struggle is waning as only lewd impulses fill her head. The desire to be used by this horrible creature is clouding her other thoughts. Kara was too proud to report her every destination to Clark, or use a tracker to send out her location, so it would take a very long time till other heroes realize something's wrong and send a rescue party.

Kara's young healthy body is flowing with life, and it can endure a lot. However, the universe is a vast place and there's plenty of time for her predator to fully use & devour her flesh.
