Translation is very rough so I don't know if he's getting off to being compared to his wife's ex or she's mocking him. Anyways it doesn't matter anyways since she's sexually unsatisfied as he proceeds to fuck her and nothing happens. Meanwhile she starts to enjoy it while being plapped by the masked rapist and only breaks off the trance when she notices her husband is about to expire.
What I get from this is that the taking things seriously and doing them properly is the message here.

Was the rape that good or is the husband just not taking seriously? Is the husband just bad and the rapist a sex god? What about the wife? She's bored as fuck just as him and both aren't doing jack shit to solve their sex life. Who's at fault? That's the question... Well the wife will have to live with that question and to make things worse the rapist is counting the days until he is released to go back to her.

Kind of a weird work. Very dry, honestly uninteresting until the last bit which is sort of random and absolutely brutal to the husband.
This author must have a hate for his heroines or something like that, almost all of them are raped and left with despair filled fates.
