Not super into the butt stuff tbh but I love the portrayal of the doctor and her domme manners.

After page 88 I hope she's a castratrix. Would love an alt ending if that's not the main story. Or at least a session where she discusses it. Cupping a man's balls and saying things like "didn't have balls, you'd be fine with it?" is a devious seed to plant ;)
