Shadow Weaver, *alot* of us are sincerely displeased by rewrites. In my opinion they devalue the manga. Sure, they may bring attention to the raws - but there is no excuse for a rewrite when a valid translation already exists... and ezrewriter has done just that many times. Not to mention that most of ezrewriter's 'work' is famous because of the immense animosity surrounding them. Consider this:

If you have a bunch of apples, and one of them is attracting flies, do you keep that apple with the rest of the bunch, separate it to keep the other apples safe, or swat the fly away - even though more will always come?

I personally think rewrites need their own category - instead of falling into manga or doujinshi. Or, at the very least, some option in user settings to hide galleries from certain users, or galleries with certain tags. Of course, if rewrites were to simply get pinned to the fjords [x] then that would also work as they'd no longer end up on the "hot galleries" portion of the front page, when most of the view traffic is hostile.
